Characters clothing research

In this document I'll be looking for ideas for my character is uniform as this is the central part of my character. I will be examining the main features like the mask and body armour them and a design based my concept off it. As my character is going to be a modern superhero I will have to look for dark urban colours like black and greys in order to make the uniform fit in with the environment. 

Masks

These types a mask mostly cloth used in burglaries to the skies the wearers face without impeding on this site like a heavier helmet would

These types a mask is paint ball mas used while paint ball in to protect the wearer's eyes and mouth but they also cover the users identity which may be something i could use of my character as I do like the design of them.

This type of helmet a gas mask I think is quite a good design with the view being part of the helmet but the breathing apparatus think makes the helmet look to big and gives a sinister look

These types of helmet motorbike helmet also have a good viewing display and also have a practical use of protecting the wearer's head I think these are too big for my character to wear

Body armour's

First off the character armour I looked at jumpsuits similar to ones used in certain sports and motorbike racing as these offer greater protection for the wearer skin. But as I wanted my character to look a little bit bulky is thinking of putting armour around certain joints like elbow shoulder but still keeping a jumpsuit underneath.

These that body armour is is commonly used in sports and police services to protect the wearer though heavily padded some of them are very sleek and streamlined and I think this should be a good idea for my characters clothing design as I like the look of this type of padding

hands and leg amour 

As for like protection I also went for a similar lock as the gloves. From these images it seems to show that the need and leg, is protected of boots seem to just be a standard reinforce show and also planning on using this my character is well

Summary

In the research I've looked more for clothing design for my character looking at padded armour similar to padding used in some sports. Through this research I found that the design I wanted to go for is similar to a motorbike races uniform but with a very altered mask.
