Main project Mechanic: Damage types
Damage resistance:
Damage resistance is what all tower types have an depending on the type tower increases or decreases. The way this works is that if the enemy attacks the tower with normal damage 30% of this damage will be negated and not taken effect on the tower for types of towers that are built like tanks such as the tree they have a higher damage resistance than a resource gathering tower which will only have 5% this number can be increased few mutations.
Normal damage type:
Normal damage type is a type of damage which if use most by normal enemies this is the type of damage that can be affected by damage resistance only specialist enemy type will not use the normal damage type.
Elements damage:
elements damage will be a lasting effect damage but will also be affected by damage resistance for example if a enemy type does five damage for 10 seconds every pulse of damage will be resisted by the amount of damage resistance that Tower has.
True damage:
True damage is a type of damage that goes through all types of damage resistance for example if a basic enemy did 10 damage that is true both the tower had a damage resistance of 30 the damage resistance would have no effect on true damage.
